This privacy Policy explains the manner in which we collect personal information from you and the purpose of that collection. This Privacy Policy covers all activities in Dansif and its related website (www.dansif.dk). The policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of how your personal information is being used.

We may collect personal identification information from users/members in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site. You may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site-related activities.
We use various technologies to collect and store information you provide including: CampOnline (by ComputerCamp), Conference Manager, Survey Monkey, Google, Dynamicweb.
When you provide personal information to us, the information may be sent to servers located in Europe and other continents.
Your personal information will be stored in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Automated Information
Information collected automatically. We automatically collect information from you browser when you visit our sites. The information includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us (see “Cookies” below), and the referring website address. We use Google Analytics for statistics.

These services may include processing payments, delivering packages, auditing, secretarial services, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our website functionality and other features offered through our website. The service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.
- Speakers, sponsors and other participants: If you register for an event, your name and firm may be shared with speakers, sponsors and other participants at that particular event.
