Camilla Hjort Pagh, Senior Vice President, Coloplast
Camilla Hjort Pagh leads Coloplast’s Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs as Senior Vice President. With a background as B.Sc. Engineering – Major in Logistic Management from DTU, she has been with Coloplast for nearly 25 years. Camilla is responsible for Coloplast’s sustainability work and recently oversaw the creation of the organisation’s upcoming sustainability strategy, using the Future-Fit Business Benchmark as a baseline.

Kristoffer Birch, Head of Equities, LD Fonde
Kristoffer Birch is Head of Equities at LD Fonde, with a background in applied economics and finance, and previous roles in SEB Pension, Nykredit, and State Street Global Advisors, among others. Kristoffer is leading LD Fonde’s work with the Future-Fit Business Benchmark, which includes both a “Positive Pursuits” mandate that invests in companies with a purpose, as well as direct engagement with asset managers to facilitate adoption of the framework by their trustees.

Sven Beyersdorff, Partner, Nordic Sustainability
Sven Beyersdorff is partner at Nordic Sustainability, a Copenhagen-based sustainability strategy consulting firm among the first accredited consulting partners of the Future-Fit Business Benchmark. With an MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a background at the United Nations, Sven has consulted organisations such as Commerzbank, Nykredit, Maersk, Coloplast, and performed Future-Fit assessments with several large Danish companies.
