A number of human rights related benchmark in the global and Danish context are being published this fall. End October, the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR) published a 2022 benchmark of 30 large Danish companies on human rights. On November 8, the World Benchmark Alliance (WBA) published its first ever Financial Sector Benchmark, covering 400 financial institutions including how they report or not on human rights, and on November 21st, the WBA will be publishing the fifth iteration of the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark assessing the human rights performance of 127 companies in the food and agriculture, ICT and automotive manufacturing sectors.

With this event DIHR, WBA and Dansif invite Danish asset owners, managers and advisors to a join discussion on what we can learn from these studies and whether and how different financial sector actors can make use of the findings in their responsible investment practices. In addition to hearing from speakers from DIHR and WBA, Kirstine Lund Christiansen Head of ESG at P+ will share perspectives based on her experiences working to strengthen human rights as part of ESG in P+.
